Payment

Payments are generally made in Rupiah. However, we also accept certain foreign currencies, which will be converted based on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

No additional fees are charged by us. However, transaction or currency conversion fees may apply depending on your payment method or bank.

How to Book Tickets on Our Website: Select the date, number of passengers, and destination from our product options. Then, choose your preferred departure time from the available schedules. After that, click "Pay" and complete the payment process. If you encounter any issues, please contact us using the contact information available on our website. We are here to assist you if needed.

  • After a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket details.
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund, minus administrative fees.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure or no-shows are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take a few business days.
  • Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the original departure time.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Please arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Fastboat services can be affected by weather and sea conditions. There is a possibility that your trip may experience delays or even cancellations due to weather factors.

Preparation

On the day of your crossing, please remember to bring your booking voucher received after purchasing on our website. You will need to show this voucher to the staff at the port to receive your ticket.

Regarding baggage, we allow a maximum of 10kg per person for the speedboat journey. Additional baggage may incur extra charges.
